Greater Noida: Two class XII students who returned home from school died while others suffered a sad injury after the Hyundai Grand I10 crashed into the divider and fell into the noida greater sewer in Dankaur on Monday afternoon.
Three students traveled in the car were identified as Mohit Sharma, Anjali Gupta and Manish Nagar, all residents of Surajpur in Greater Noida and aged 16-18 years.
While Mohit and Anjali died at that place, Manish was undergoing treatment at a local hospital.
The pedestrian told the police that Mohit, who was in the steering wheel, drove fast and lost control of the car, which led to a fatal accident on the stretch of Noida-Greater Jewar, which eventually led to Yamuna Expressway.
“A pedestrian told us about the accident around 1pm.
A team immediately rushed to the place.
The three car residents were trapped in a vehicle destroyed Dankaur.
Mohit and Anjali was declared dead on arrival.
All three, said police, studied at Narayana Public School, located in Rustampur near Yamuna Expressway.
“They went to their school in a Mohit car to appear for their practical exam in the morning.
The accident happened when they returned home,” Sho said.
“Petualsby told us that the car was traveling at high speed when it fell into the divider and fell to the sewer,” he said, adding that there were no cases registered when the police had not received complaints.
Gautam Budh Nagar has registered 4,598 accidents on the road in the last five years who claim the life of 2,074 people.
This year alone, until November 30, the district reported 697 crashes where 320 people died.
