Noida: Women accuse the attack by Brother-in-law, Cemara has not been submitted

Noida: A 32-year-old woman alleged that despite repeatedly giving complaints about sexual violence by her brother-in-law, Police Noida was not ready to submit a reshuffle in this case.
The victim, who was allegedly attacked by his brother-in-law at his boutique running in the sector 110, had alleged that he was pushed to the ground and was attacked by the defendant after he told the call 112.
According to the woman, who was married since 2007 and has two children aged 14 and 11, he has a sustainable dispute with his husband for the past two years because “repeated emotional abuse” he suffered in the hands of her husband.
The woman told the Toi that her husband had a courier office in sector 110 and he also runs a boutique in the same place.
He alleged that around 9pm on August 30 when he was still in the office, he allegedly called his brother-in-law Paritosh Mishra asked for help to move the shelf in the boutique trapped because of heavy machinery.
“I called my brother-in-law for help and he came to help me.
As he took off the rack, he suddenly began to touch me inappropriately.

The woman said that she ran to save himself and immediately called the police.
He said that he told his brother who came to his help.

The woman’s medical report owned by Toi reads that she has a “contusion on the front of the chest, under the neck” and “abrasion on the lower lip.” The woman alleged that despite having repeatedly visited the Phase II police station at least four times and a female cell office, no FIR was included in this case.
He alleged that the police had not yet called brone to be questioned even once and shared reports on social media stating that “his medical report did not confirm the attack.” In response to a media on his tweet in the case, Police Noida has said that the complaints were investigated by women and medical cells carried out.

When contacted, DCP (Women’s Safety) Vrinda Shukla said that the investigation was carried out in this case but was found “motivated” because of the ongoing dispute with her husband.
But the reference complainant that his complaint was still not lodged and alleged that her husband had pressed him to take his complaint again.
