Kochi: After issuing eight temporary orders dealing with various aspects of ‘Nokkukools’, the Kerala High Court on Tuesday issued a detailed assessment by demanding ‘Nokkukools’ declared illegal and uncontitution.
The court is directed at ordering those who demand it for extortion, labor department interventions directed at complaints received in new toll-free numbers.
Ask the state government to change the law to bring disciplinary control, and to modernize headwork using a machine.
Justice Devan Ramachandran issued a ratings of 36 pages containing the declaration, direction, and suggestions to the police, the Ministry of Manpower, and the state government after considering the petition submitted by the Sundaresan TK of Punalur.
The court said someone would be called Fabulis which could not be repaired if it was said that extortion was legitimate.
HC said: “Request ‘Nokkukools’ (Gawking Allegations), in any form, color or manifestation, by everyone, trade union, or registered workers, with this declared illegal and uncontitution.”
