Lucknow: On the first day of the nomination for the fourth phase of the election, only two candidates submitted a nomination, while more than 100 forms were distributed.
A maximum of three people, including candidates, are permitted to enter a collector place to collect forms or file nominations in the middle of the five strict security layers and Helpdesk Covid to check all visitors.
