KABUL: Taliban said that he did not recognize a new government in Afghanistan to benefit the Khorasan Islamic State (ISIS-K).
However, the clothes reject fears that terrorist groups are a threat to Afghanistan.
This happened after ISIS-K claimed responsibility for the Shiite Mosque explosion on Friday in Kandahar where 47 people were killed and 70 others suffered injuries.
The attack followed several recent attacks on religious institutions in Afghanistan, including last week’s attack on the Mosque of the Sayed Gozar in Kunduz.
When talking to an anadolu agent, Afghanistan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said the official recognition of the government and international assistance was very important for the country’s economic recovery.
The Minister of Taliban also said that Afghan foreign reserves by the US violated international law and human rights, Ariana News reported.
“The real question is, why is this money blocked? What did the Afghans do?” He asked.
“On the other hand, US countries and other countries say that humanitarian assistance must be given to Afghanistan and human rights must be respected.
However, they left the Afghans with a population of around 40 million without basic needs.” He further added that not “recognizing a new government in Afghanistan profitable Daesh (ISIS-K).” After Friday’s explosion, the Taliban vowed to spread more power to protect the Shia mosque.
Abdul Ghafar Muhammadi, Police Commander in Kandahar Province said that his troops would work together local volunteers to ensure the security of the mosque.
Meanwhile, ISIS in a statement, said that Shia Muslim was dangerous and they would be targeted by them everywhere.
Al-Naba, the group weekly published the warning, said that Shia Muslim would be targeted at their homes and centers.
The statement specifically threatens Shiite Muslims living in Afghanistan.
From Baghdad to Khorasan, Muslim Shi’ite will be targeted everywhere, said Isis.
According to Khaama Press, ISIS Khorasan is now the biggest threat for peace in Afghanistan after the Taliban take control of the country.
