Gurgaon: After canceling the Job Certificate (OC) of 41 residential properties for various violations last week, the City and State Planning Department (DTCP) on Monday not only canceled OC housing buildings on DLF-2 but also sealed the place.

Acting on complaints from the local population, the DTCP enforcement team visited the site and found illegal construction, zoning violations in the carib area and filling of cutouts conflicting with the Norma OC, officials told toi.
According to the norm, the OC of each building stands automatically canceled if the property owner changes the use of buildings or increases the construction or additional changes in the building without the consent of competent authority.
Furthermore, if the property owner occupies a part of the building that has been given OC and a violation later, the action will begin according to the law.
In this case, the building owner intentionally banged the provisions of the rules set and continued the violation, and therefore OC was pulled and canceled, officials said.
The property owner must restore a failed building where the department will take the necessary actions.
A senior official from the Enforcement Team said, “During the last trip, around 41 property owners were found to violate the terms and conditions of the sanctions provided to them under the development of Haryana and the 1975 Urban Regional Regulation, we would recommend FIR filing against them too.” Some Property owners have carried out additional construction or building structures that are changed after getting OC while others found operating commercial activities in the housing unit.
