Normal New Affects Children’s Hormonal Health: Doctor

Nagpur: The changing lifestyle induced by Covid for more than 18 months has begun to show its impact on the health of children’s hormones in their growth age.
Pediatrician saw the increasing case of children aged between 8-12 years who had gained overweight during locking, and now suffering from hormone imbalances.
Dr.
Endocrine Expert Mangtani Day said, “There are two aspects of growth – psychological and physical.
We have had many discussions about the psychological aspects of growth during the Covid-19 phase.
On the other hand, the majority of parents believe that their children grow well Physical because they are under supervision all the time.
This excessive confidence proved wrong.
“Dr.
Mangtani added,” while living in a house without regular physical activity, many children become obese.
This has resulted in hormonal imbalances in their crucial growth year.
“According to him, according to him, Girls especially undergo a bad effect of this hormonal imbalance in the long run.
“Boys can develop insulin resistance syndrome while girls suffer from PCOD and other diseases,” he said.
Dr.
Himanshu Endocrinologist Patil said that hormonal imbalances also resulted in obesity.
“The advantages of thyroid secretion produce obesity.
Children can hardly express it, but they are under extraordinary pressure because of the disrupted lifestyle.
They need a playground, activities, friends for complete growth,” he said.
Dr.
Patil said that children in the age group of 8-10 years getting excessive weight need to be carefully guarded.
“If a child gets excessive weight even though cycling, running, yoga, sports, and good eating habits, endocrine experts must be consulted,” he added.
It is important that parents eliminate the possibility of hormonal imbalances in children by bringing this problem to the attention of their pediatricians, or talk to growth specialists.
“We have a treatment option available and ideally, children must get early care so they can catch up with their colleagues.
But bringing life back to normal is the most important factor,” said Dr.
Mangtani.
According to the pediatrician Dr.
Sanjeev Joshi, teenagers who see changes in the main hormones must be vaccinated and permitted to live a normal life.
“The pediatric vaccine trial is running full.
Vaccines for children will be the key to moving towards normal.
Growing together, with friends is the most important part of the social and physical development of children.
We must return it to them,” Dr.
Joshi said.
