Mandan: The jury heard the case against the North Dakota Chiropractor who was accused of killing four people can start negotiating immediately after Thursday.
Lawyers for Chad Isaak calmed their case on Wednesday at Morton County Courthouse at Mandan after questioning six witnesses.
The closure argument was set for Thursday morning, after that the jury will get this case.
Isaak was accused of stabbing and shooting RJR maintenance & management with Robert Fakler, 52, and his 42-year-old employees Adam Fuehrer, a 50-year-old Bill Cobb and Lois Cobb who was 45 years old in the company building in Mandan on April 1, 2019.
Cobbs married.
Isaak, 47, stayed at a car house in Washburn on the property managed by RJR.
There is no motive specified in this case.
Prosecutors display this case as a puzzle where all parts point to Isaak, including a knife found in the washing machine, the weapons found in the freezer and recording security cameras that tracked pickup, Bismarck Tribune reported.
The defense had painted the case as a hurry to assess, maintaining that the authorities ignored many people as possible suspects.
Isaak lawyers have also questioned proof sources, collection and processing.
They said some testimonies did not match the police report and they questioned the absence of blood seen in someone’s clothing seen in the record of security cameras left RJR morning murder.
Jury six men and six women heard this case.
If punished, Isaak can face life in prison without parole.
