Navi Mumbai: Wagholi Wadi at Alibaug Taluka from Raigad has not reported a positive case of a single Covid to date.
Wadi, with a population of around 300 and 60 houses, has succeeded in achieving this by maintaining the supervision of visitors and the right residents.
Public health sub-center doctors have confirmed that the Hamlet Tribal Katkari has religiously followed all Covid norms because the lock was stated last year.
Safety Covid has become a priority for the tribe.
“Residents of Wagholi Wadi did not even allow the entry of relatives without the right inspection.
If anyone reported illness, they were sent back or referred to for a health check Public health center in Wagholi.
“So far only five people in Wadi have taken vaccines.
We found high immunity in it because of their natural food intake.
Tribalo works together in observing Covid norms,” said Vidnyan Mokal, a government multi-purpose worker.
