New Delhi: North India, including Delhi-NCR, maybe again staring at extreme air pollution and fog smoke in less than two months, without a clear great change in an effort to handle arrears in the affected countries in the region.
The upcoming election in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh, and sustainable farmer agitation, also makes it impossible for punishment will be taken against violators.
On Wednesday, the Yogi government above announced that cases slapped farmers for burning rice rafting would be withdrawn and the forced fine on them was released.
