Thiruvananthapuram: Police Chirayinkezhu on Saturday recorded the arrest of Denmark George, 28, in connection with a case related to the attack on a Dalit man who married his sister.
The doctor, who fled after the alleged crime, was arrested from a resort in Ooty in Tamil Nadu, on Friday by a police team from the Attingal police subdivision.
After arrest, the police also took him to the crime scene, which was a road in front of his residence in Anathalavattom, for the procedure for collecting proof.
During the procedure, Denmark George told the police that he attacked the complainant, Midhun Krishna, left the provocation suddenly after the last friend was harassed and not valued his mother.
When the couple was taken home, the mother refused to let them go in and talk to Midhun Krishna in an angry way.
This caused verbal agriculture between his friends and Midhun who accompanied them.
This quarrel graved into a boxing battle where Midhun suffered a serious injury to his head after he fell and destroyed it on the hard surface of the wall of the divider.
The incident took place on October 31.
The police initially registered a case that requested the relevant part under SC and ST Prevention of atrocities acting along with the parts of the cause under the IPC.
Now, they have added a new part of an effort to commit the guilty murder after the doctor who cared for Midhun Krishna told the police that the injury he had experienced seriously.
Brother Midhin Krishna and Denmark George Deepthi had married and married on October 29.
Fracas related to the case occurred when the defendant and his father brought the couple to their homes to talk about holding a wedding ceremony.
Denmark is produced in front of the court and returned in the custody of the judiciary.
