Ranchi: The number of incidents related to extremists has witnessed a significant decline this year, according to the data provided by the Jharkhand police.
The state has witnessed 80 incidents related to extremists between January and October in 2021, while numbers in the appropriate period were 105, 115 of 2019, 94 in 2018 and 157 in 2017, records showed the number of murders carried out by these years of extremists had been far from previous years.
Between January and October, seven people have been killed in extremist violence, while during the same period 21 killed in 2020, 17 in 2019, 23 in 2018 and 40 in 2017.
Director General of Police Neeraj Sinha said, “Extremist activities” have refused Especially because of the arrest and submission of top leaders from their organization this year.

“The police arrested 351 extremists between January and October this year, while the numbers during the appropriate period were 315, 284 in 2019, 425 in 2018 and 524 in 2017.
