Gurgaon: Ten plot owners on DLF-1 have been served notice by the Wing Enforcement of the City and State Planning Department (DTCP) for violations of the Green Tribunal National Norm (NGT) and did not follow the process to maintain pollution during construction.

During inspection, the DTCP staff pays attention to some norm norm violations.
The team also visited the building whose owners had been destroyed for new construction without taking anti-pollution steps.
The District Planner District (Enforcement) Batth Hospital said the owner of this plot has maintained building materials in the open and the construction site was left open, causing pollution in the nearest area.
“Because of the bad air quality index, the DTCP is guarding the construction site,” he said, adding that the DTCP would act against pollution.
Apart from this property owner, many others also issued a warning to comply with pollution norms, other officials said.
“Offenders are being held to take the right steps in ten days to ensure pollution is not caused by their construction activities, failure we will take action against them,” he said.
DLF-1 residents, asking anonymity, saying that the ongoing construction work in several buildings involves violations such as disposal of construction materials on the roadside, not covering these buildings and not maintaining social distance between workers.
Previously, the DTCP had announced that officials would issue Challans to property owners who violated Norma NGT.
DTCP has even traced the local council to collect and share the building inventory where violations have occurred.
