Jodhpur: Taking a serious record of failure in appointing the chairman and member of the Rajasthan State Commission for women in the time determined despite the guarantee of the court, the Rajasthan High Court has issued a notification to the state government in 14 days.
Petitioner Ishwar Prasad moved the insulting petition against the state government in the High Court who was looking for actions against the main secretary and major secretary (the development of children and children) and it appeared to hear on Tuesday.
“It is very serious that despite the direction of the High Court to fill the head of the chairman and member of the Rajasthan State Commission for women in two months after hearing the last September 29 last year, the chair continued to remain empty and there was no compliance with the court order was made,” the Petitioner said.
Aag appeared in court at the previous trial was also delivered in court that the appointment would be carried out within two months.
Leaving the petition, the division of the Division of Sandeep Mehta and Justice Vinod Kumar Bharwani issued a notification to the Secretary of the Chief and Secretary of the Secretary (Child development) who was looking for a reply in the 14 days that why the insulting process was not carried out on them.
Prasad applicants have transferred the petition at the High Court Post from the Chairperson of the Commission lying empty since January 2019, and the position of three members of the Commission lay empty since November 2019, and therefore, the commission is currently not functioning.
