Thane: In a strange incident, Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation (UMC) that has published a notification to dangerous buildings in the city for the past few days, has made a notice at the open plot gate in the part-25 area, where a building has been destroyed four years ago.
Notification says that “the building looks dangerous”.
The notification was issued on Wednesday on behalf of the Secretary of the Ramesh Vicrani building.
It reads, “In the inspection that is visible, the prime facie of your building seems to be structurally unstable and unsafe.
So you are directed to conduct a structural audit of buildings from quality structural engineers within 14 days and do the compliance needed if any.” The notice was placed by UMC at the gate of the open plota person who lived in the building that was standing on a plot four years ago to TOI with anonymous requirements, “Our building was destroyed four years ago with the intention to rebuild, but we were surprised that UMC had issued a notice without Physical Inspection.

But this action issued a notification to an open plot where the building was destroyed four years ago showed it.
The civic body intentionally harassed People by creating fear.
