Mumbai: Two industrial courts refused to provide lodging on notification of showcuses for dismissal issued for MSRTC workers who participated in unlimited attacks, said an official on Friday – the 58th day broke down.
MSRTC management rejects 182 more employees than tasks on Friday as strict action to participate in unlimited stirring.
The official then said, “MSRTC has issued an exhibition notification for dismissal to more than 550 staff in the past week.
Some of them approach the Court of the Latur and Yavatmal Industry to get a period of stay, but the court rejected their request.” After this, MSRTC on the day Friday rejected more workers, and the total number of people fired from the service until now was 241.
“The reasons for the dismissal are genuine.
They trigger workers to stay away from assignments and prevent those who want to return to work,” said an official.
A total of 2,369 employees have returned to work in two days (Wednesday and Thursday) after MSRTC management sets a new deadline for December 23, because of removing suspensions, dismissal, transfers, and criminal charges against staff.
The number of employees about unlimited attacks is now less than 69,000 because they are waiting for the hearing of the next court scheduled for January 5 next year.
Officials said the 2,796 staff had been transferred while a total of 10,731 were suspended from work to date.
