Ghaziabad: Responding to police notifications related to the same fir where India has been ordered, the Salman Nizami Pejamin Congress visited the Loni’s border police station on Tuesday to record his statement.
Nizami and five other individuals, besides Indian Twitter and news portals, were booked for video circulation where a 72-year-old man was attacked in Loni on June 5 accused racial crimes.
The police claimed the video was involerated and the victim’s allegations were wrong.
“Following the FIR, notice below the 41A part of the CRPC was issued for five people, including Nizami, in 2.

They were asked to attend the Loni Border Police Station in seven days,” said Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, the Sho.
“During the question session, he (Nizami) cooperatively,” added Mishra.
In the same case, the police previously served a notification to Indian Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari to appear at the Loni Border police station directly and recorded his statement.
Maheshwari has moved the Karnataka High Court.
