New Delhi: The Supreme Court has a Prima Facie holding the former Head of Bihar Secretary Tripurari Sharan and serving officials, including the Secretary of the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance to be guilty of the insults of the court and asked them to personally explain why they should not be punished for not obeying orders to provide retired benefits and retirees to several employees of the state government, report Amit Anand Choudhary.
Judge L Nageswara Rao and BR Gavai said the non-compliance of SC “was intentional and intentional and amounted to humiliation of this court”.
This case is related to the claim of the state government employees who are asked to join the Ministry of Finance from various companies after fodder fraud but their term of office in the company is not considered by the state for retirees and retirees.
The employees approached SC through their lawyers Somesh Chandra Jha and the court passed the order for their help.
