Notification of the Gautati High Court for Akhil Gogol in the case of Nia

Guwahati: The Gahati High Court on Wednesday issued a notification to Raijor Dal MLA from Sivasagar, Akhil Gogol, to appeal before the court in two cases submitted by the National Investigasan (NIA) verdict.
Inform this, Akhil’s Advocate Krishna Gogol said the High Court had given three weeks to Akhil Gogoi to appear before the court.
Special Nia Court on July 1, which was sought after all charges submitted under the 1967 Act of Violating Activities (Prevention) in the last Pending Nia case (registered at the Chandmari Police Station).
Previously, the Nia Court on June 22 also cleared Akhil of all charges under UA (P) Act 1967 in the case of the Chabua Police Station.
After that, Nia moved the High Court challenging the verdict of the Special Nia Court.
Akhil was arrested on December 12, 2010, because of his role in protesting anti-citizenship amendments.
