Prasagraj: Commuter in the city of Sangam has a reason to rejoice as the City Transport Service Authority of Prayagraj Limited (PCTSL) showering as many as 15 buses operated with batteries operated with batteries, on five different routes on Thursday.
All 15 electric and air-conditioned buses are being encountered on five routes, including the train station to Lalgopalganj, New Stantipuram to Raymond Crossing, Trivenipuram to Puramufi, Bairhana to Shankagarh and civil line bus depots for Pratappur.
A total of 25 buses have landed in the city and 15 of them have showered the streets of the city under the first phase.
The 10 bus break will be ready under the second phase next month.
All 15 buses have been registered in the district regional transportation office (RTO).
PCTSL implementing director, TKS Bisen told Tii, “PCTSL authorities on Thursday slapped 15 air-conditioned buses and electricity in five city roads selected, under the first phase, after reducing the detailed route map for its operations.” He was further added, “The 10 remaining buses will be showered at the same five routes in January.” Bisens, meanwhile, adding that the Mega charging station has been developed near the old bridge, on the Yamuna River (Naya side), where 25 bus electronics can be charged at a time.
The PCTSL authorities claimed that they received 25 buses and 15 of them had been registered with local RTO.
After a 10 bus break again registered in the next few days, they will also become compliments next month.
