Lucknow: Foreigners living in Uttar Pradesh can now take advantage of Covid-19 vaccination facility following new guidelines from the state government.
Foreigners who live for work can also be vaccinated.
The guidelines say people can enroll with the help of their passports to order slots.
This clarifying services will not be given to foreign tourists.
An official order issued by the main secretary, health and family additional, Amit Mohan Prasad on Monday said that the Buddhist monchination would make the Buddhist monks live in the state.
This guideline said that workplace vaccination centers must be established by school district inspectors and district basic education officers to ensure that teacher and non-teaching staff in all government and private schools are vaccinated.
The order said efforts must be made to encourage those caused by the second dose.
Starting August 14, Saturday will be provided for the second-dose seeker.
“Many of them must be the second dose they do not appear,” said Prasad.
The order also highlighted poor vaccination, homeless, beggars announced by the government after order from the Ministry of Health Union on Monday.
Meanwhile, the total number of dosages expanded at Uttar Pradesh passed a 5.5-crore sign with more than 5.2 lakh vaccination on Tuesday.
At least 4.64 crores have taken at least one temporary dose of 86.17 lakh fully vaccinated.
