Hyderabad: After heavy rain destroys plants, farmers in Telangana have their duties with a large scarcity of gunny bags to package their rice.
Adding to the scenario of rice procurement, the country now only has 12 crore gunny bags compared to 25 crore gunny bags needed for this season.
