Thiruvananthapuram: The state government has decided to attract all application fees charged to get different services from the government department.
All application forms will be simplified so that no more than one page will be permitted.
However, the cost for applications used for commercial and business needs will continue.
The Country Cabinet that met on Thursday also decided to simplify the norms to get other certificates and notes from different government departments.
The cabinet has also decided to make all services, including the publication of different certificates, through online to reduce the hassles faced by ordinary humans.
In addition, the government has decided that certificates that have been excluded can be used in different departments.
But all certificates incurred will have a period of certain validity.
All government departments will be directed to improve the maximum level of certificate validity to one year.
While issuing a certificate, it should not be mentioned that it is for certain purposes.
It will not be mandatory that the certificate issued by any department must be proven by officers who are exchanged or with any notaries.
Conversely, self-ratification will be enough.
The birth certificate for those who are born (if they do not have a birth certificate) in the state and have evidence of learning in each education establishment within five years, this evidence or independent affidavit will be important to declare a birth certificate.
For those who are born outside Kerala, birth certificates will be issued by village officials.
From now on for those who do not have a population certificate, aadhaar cards, the latest electricity bills, water bills, telephone bills or land tax revenues will be important.
If people don’t have all this, it can produce certificates issued by local bodies.
The biometric system of Jeevan Praman can be used by retirees to obtain a certificate of life.
This system has been activated in all Treasury now.
The ration card can be used to prove the relationship certificate.
For those who do not have proof of identity, the photo certificate attached to the officer exchanged will be enough.
