Gurgaon: Two days after the flat collapse in Chintel Paradiso where two women died, residents of other condos in the same sector, Brisk Lumbini, filed a police complaint against the developer on Saturday, accused the quality of poor construction and looked for security structural examinations.
In their complaints, residents accused them of previously raising concerns about plaster pieces that fell from the balcony, cracked in pillars and seepage in the basement but no attention was paid.
Repeated complaints to the City Department and State Planning (DTCP) also fell on deaf ears, they claimed in the same place, even the blade of steel has been exposed and rusty.
The basement floor needs to be off due to seepage.
“Amrik Singh, another resident of the 109 sector condominium, added,” We want a full structural audit of the housing community.
“Despite the repetitive efforts, Crisk Lumbini developers could not be contacted for comments A citizenship official.
ACP (UDYOG VIHAR) Rajeev Yadav said “residents are welcome to file their complaints”.
“We will see this special complaint,” he added.
