‘Now, plan the second Metro corridor for Lucknow’

Lucknow: On the fourth anniversary of the Lucknow Metro operation, Secretary, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Union, Durga Shankar Mishra, urged the state government to consider the construction of the second Metro corridor in the city to improve mobility.
“We must focus on integration of multi-capital transportation along with the last miles connectivity to make metro services more comfortable and comfortable for people.
Ease of life is the only purpose of all the central government plans and policies,” said Mishra, who is also chairman Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC).
“While serving people, our main focus must be the preferred metro travel mode.
