Now, portal to help Kashmir Migrant Lodge Property Plaints

New Delhi: The Jammu & Kashmir government has activated online services to enable Kashmir migrants, most Hindus who are forced to leave the valley in the 90s considering security issues, to file complaints related to their nature in Kashmir.
The complaint subjects to be submitted through the commissioner J & K relief website for migrants, can range from correction of property records with demarcation and removal of encroachment, entering without aliaenation by fraud or distress, etc.
The source said the complaint mechanism would consider complaints relating to the sale of inquellence imposed on Hindu Kashmir after they migrated, as well as encroachment outside the area covered by sales.
All district judges will be asked to dispose of complaints related to property received through online forums within a fixed time frame under the public service warranty law, 2011.
A J & K government official said on Sunday that within 24 hours of launching online services Saturday night , 15 complaints have been received.
According to the Relief office report was founded in 1990 by the government of Jammu & Kashmir, there were 44,167 families of the Cashmir Migrant Registered, which 39,782 was a family of Hindu migrants.
