Kanpur: The Minister of State Satish Mahana on Saturday launched the first ambulance service, well equipped and tracked for the heart and other emergencies in the city district hospital.
A total of 25 ambulances, equipped with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillators, with nurses or paramedics are available for patients.
All patient calls will be attended in 5 seconds, while the ambulance will be sent within 5 minutes after receiving a call.
Not only this, patients will now be able to track ambulances in real-time through cellular-based applications.
The hospital has also launched a ‘healthy healthy heart card’ special for heart patients on Heart World Day (September 29) (September 29) (September 29), recently.
