Mumbai: Reduction of problematic assets (NPA) because of the elimination of the Public Sector Bank (PSB) reached Rs 1,31,894 Crore during Fiscal 2020-21, according to RTI response.

Looking for information about Bank Non-Performing Assets (NPA) managed by the government and bad loans with PSB in the last ten years from Bank of India’s reserves (RBI).
‘NPA reduction – because of writing’ for PSBS for 2020-21 stand at RS 1.31,894 Crore, RBI said in a RTI reply.
At FY2019-20, the number reached Rs 1,75,877 Crore, RBI said in RTI’s reply.
