Jaipur: When the State Government has surpassed the total labor budget of 30 crore for the financial year 2021-22, after producing RS 34.50 Crore Personday under Mgnrega, the center has revised the state job budget to RS 37.35 Crore for the current financial year .
Last year, the country had produced 46 crore Personday under the scheme.
“The state government has urged the center to revise the labor budget to 40 crores.
It has been revised to Rs 37.35 Crore,” said Arvind Saxena, supervisory engineer, job guarantee scheme (EGS).
Meanwhile, 4 lakh households so far completed 100 working days under Nrega.
In 2020-21, 12.31 Lakh households had completed 100 working days in the state.
The average wage rate per day per person has also reached Rs 183.26 in the state by opposing Rs 169.51 last year.
