(With Pic) Kanpur: The Kanpur authorities staged the strict National Security Act (NSA) from Shivam Dubey (25), ” an aide and also cousin of murdered gangster Vikas Dubey.
Shivam alongside the gangster was supposedly engaged gunning down eight policemen, such as deputy superintendent of police Devendra Kumar Mishra at Bikru village of this district at the night of July two when they’d gone to detain them into connection with the attempt to murder case lodged at Chaubeypur police station with a native Rahul Tiwari.
This was the very first activity under the NSA from the accused of this Bikru massacre.
Beneath the NSA, someone could be arrested with no fee for up to 12 weeks in case the government feel that he or she’s a danger to national security or law and order.
“Shivam, that had been reserved under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 394, 120 b of IPC and seven CLA Act along with 3/25 Arms Act concerning Bikru shootout on July 2 & 3 night, has been detained by Special Task Force on July 23 by Chaubeypur,” explained the authorities.
ASP, STF, Vishal Vikram Singh had stated Shivam was current on the afternoon of the ambush according to digital proof as well as the statements provided by other members of this gang detained earlier.
Shivam was detained from a detergent factory near Chaubepur police station of this district.
Shivam had taken refuge in his maternal aunt’s spot in Hardoi.
The double-barrel weapon employed by him to strike the cops was seized from his possession.
ADG Bhanu Bhaskar stated,”District magistrate (Kanpur Nagar) on Thursday dictated slapping that the National Security Act from Shivam Dubey, among those accused at the Bikru massacre case” A senior police officer told TOI that moving from the findings, Shivam, a cousin of Vikas, was a really close aide of this latter.

Before Dubey’s experience, five of the alleged partners were killed in separate meetings, while 36 involving two cops and four girls had been arrested and sent to prison.
