Ghaziabad: The police have requested the National Security Law (NSA) against the South Yangjwadi Party officials Phelwan Idris, who were arrested earlier this month for allegedly giving a communal touch to the 5 June attack in a 72-year-old man in Loni.
Police accused the victim’s victim, who had a video allegedly targeted in racial crimes.
Then, the police said they had evidence to show Samad and was accused of the main in the attack, Pravesh Gujjar, know each other and Pravesh had a personal grudge against Samad.
Idris also allegedly hosting Facebook lived with Samad by his side.
He was arrested on June 19.
“The action has been made on it under paragraph 2 part 3 of the 1980 National Security Law,” said Atul Kumar Sonkar, Circle, Loni.
Idris was ordered on June 16 below it published or circulated any statement, rumors or reports with the intention of inciting) from the IPC and under Section 67 (publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form).
The complaint was submitted by Sub-Inspector Naresh Singh at the Loni Border Police Station.
A senior police officer said Idris was ordered based on Part 308 (guilty killing) from the IPC in 2006 in Pilkhuwa and since then, at least four cases were submitted against him in Hapur and Loni.
