Ghaziabad: The police have requested the National Security Law (NSA) against the South Yangjwadi Party officials Phelwan Idris, who were arrested earlier this month for allegedly giving a communal touch to the 5 June attack in a 72-year-old man in Loni.
Police accused the victim’s victim, who had a video allegedly targeted in racial crimes.

A senior police officer said Idris was ordered based on Part 308 (guilty killing) from the IPC in 2006 in Pilkhuwa and since then, at least four cases were submitted against him in Hapur and Loni.
