Gurgaon: City Court on Friday rejected the application of two women who were arrested in connection with the contract fraud NSG RS 125-Crore.
Both were arrested along with a representative of the BSF Commander, who allegedly regulated fraud during his time on the NSG campus in Manesar until last year.
Mamata Yadav, wife of the BSF Praveav commander, and his sister Rituraj had appealed guarantees on the ground that they had a baby to be guarded.
While the rituraj is a mother to a two-month-old child, Mamta has a 10-month-old child.
The court, however, rejected their application, said that being a mother for a baby could not be a big enough reason to be given a strong enough guarantee.

The court observed that because of an investigation into this case, it was not right to give them a guarantee.
The judge directed the prison authorities to provide nutritious food two mothers because they needed to feed their baby.
Apart from Mamta, Rituraj and Praveen, the police have captured property dealers, Dinesh, in connection with fraud.
Until now, five different cases have been registered with them.
Five defendants, police said, had drifted the company to transfer money collected from fraud into his account.
Praveen allegedly collected Rs 125 Crore from several plantation companies with “contracts” for projects on the NSG campus that never existed.
Rituraj, who works with a private bank that has a branch on the NSG campus, has helped Praveen open an account on behalf of “NSG” to park money from fraud.
