Nagpur: Nagpur University finally extended the date of receipt for undergraduate programs until September 20.
The request was raised by a member of the Management Board during the recent meeting.
However, the university will not continue the online registration system that is closed on August 18.
It has asked for college to complete the formalities after receiving students before the deadline, a senior NU official told TII.
Student organizations also demand an extension deadline claim that many of the rural areas cannot fill out online forms before the specified time.
Management Board members, led by Wisnu Changde, have raised this problem during the recent meeting where they quote the difficulties faced by students and force the government to provide assistance.
However, there was no decision taken to extend the postgraduate deadline, currently underway, said an NU official.
The last date for online registration for the PG course is Saturday.
