NU failed to penetrate the top 200 in NIRF rank again

Nagpur: Two days after securing a ‘A’ rating in national assessment and Nacpur (NAAC) rating, Nagpur University has failed to find its place in the top 200 institutions in India at the work of the National Institute of Ranking this year (NIRF) stated on Thursday.
This is the second year in a row that NU did not look for this elite list where Pune was ranked 20th while Mumbai at 96.
The seventh oldest university in India was ranked between 150 and 200 in the National University list.
Other Vidarbha universities, including Amravati and Gondwana, also unable to find a prestigious place released by the Union Minister of Education.
Some major institutions such as the VisvesVaraya National Technology Institute (VNIT) and the Indian Management Institute (IIM) saved the region due to embarrassment.
While VNIT was ranked 54 in the entire list, it was 30 among the top engineering colleges in the country.
Last year, VNIT was not included in the overall list and was in the 27th position among the Engineering Higher Education.
Iím-n ranked No.
40 among Puncak Management Universities only in the sixth year of its operations, thus maintaining last year’s position.
Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences (DMIMs) also found in the list of the overall institution where it was in the 100th position, three places below last year’s rank.
Among the universities, it was placed in the 64th position and among medical colleges, ranked 32.
Based on Kawangi (Wardha) which was considered a dental university university was ranked 19th in the list of dental.
The two state-run colleges also brought Caurels for the city by finding their names in the list.
The Government Science Institute, which has recently become autonomy, is ranked 61st and the Government of the Forensic Science Institute, which operates from the same place, is in the 88th position.
Three other private universities also found their names in the list of elite top institutions from the country in the technical category.
They include RamdeoBaba College of Engineering and Management in 119, Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering in 149 and GH Raisoni College of Engineering at 130.
In some consolation for NU, the Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is ranked 136 in the technical list, and the Pharmacy Department is between 76 and 100 in the Pharmaceutical List of Colleges.
While turning on four places jumping compared to last year, the pharmaceutical department fell from 33rd rank.
