New Delhi: Four terrorists, including three of Lashkar-e-Touba (leave), killed in two separate meetings with security forces in the Pulwama District and Kulgam Kashmir Selatan on Thursday.
In particular, some parts of the valley observed the shutdown to mark the anniversary of the death of the fifth Commander of Hizbul Mujahiden Burhan Wani today.
A police spokesman cited said that based on special input about the existence of terrorists in the Puchal Pulwama area, a combination of Cordon and search operations were launched by police, CRPF and soldiers on the night intervention Wednesday and Thursday.
“During the search operation because the presence of terrorists was confirmed that they were given repeated opportunities to give up, they shot indiscriminately in the party of the joint search who replied to the meeting,” he said.
In the next meeting, two militants were killed and their bodies were taken from the location of the meeting, the spokesman said.
They have been identified as KheriBayat Ramzan Sofi, affiliated by leaving, and Inayat Ahmad Dar, affiliated with Al-Badr.
In Kulgam Regency, about credible input regarding terrorist movements on the national highway, the combined examination point was established in Zadora-Qazigund.

The success for security forces came on a five-year commemoration of the commander of Hizbul Mujahiden Burhan Wani.
The partial shutdown was observed in many parts of the valley, including a commercial center of Lal Chowk in the city, but officials connect the shutdown to Covid Soup.
