Number one gujarat in jab per million people

Gandhinagar: After vaccinated by 5.17 people in every 10-lakh population, Gujarat has pocketed the top position in this country in terms of vaccination per million people.
Gujarat has so far provided 3.32.65,975 vaccine doses as a preventative measure against the Coronavirus, as part of the drive throughout the state of intensive until July 31, 2021, including 75 lakh vaccinations in July only.
This information was distributed at the Core Committee Meeting of the State Led by Minister of Vijay Kupani in Gandhinagar on Saturday to review the progress of the vaccination program.
Absolute, amounting to 4,93,20,903 people over the age of 18 who have been identified eligible for vaccination, 2,53,32,023 people have been given the first dose, while 79,33,952 people have been given the second dose, the government said.
