Pune: Daily liquid medical oxygen demand across Pune District is stable around 90 metric tons (MT).
Experts said oxygen demand, which reached around 350mt per day in April last year during the second wave peak, it was likely to rise the third wave as well.
FDA officials said the government hospital had been told to recharge the storage tank with an oxygen quota of at least three days.
This district has three liquid medical oxygen producers, which can produce around 250mt every day.
