Ranchi: OBC Arechan MANS on Friday demands that the state government must provide a resolution in the next state assembly session for caste-based census and also increases quantum bookings for other backup classes (OBC) and caste scheduled (SC).
While releasing MANSH resolution, his President Kailash Yadav said there was no official statement from the government about the increase in orders for OBC from the current 14% to 27% and for caste scheduled from 10% to 15%.
“The government must also make its struggle clear at the request for caste-based census.
The state government must conduct a caste-based census itself or send a resolution passed by Vidhan Sabha to the center,” said Yadav.
Yadav further said, “We asked the Head of Minister of Hemant Soren to break his silence on this issue.
CM must get a resolution that is passed in the upcoming state assembly session.
It will bring the Development of the Round of OBC and the SC community.” He said MANS would start Agitation from September 8 if the government fails to meet its demands.
In particular, the Monsune session from the State Assembly was proposed to be held from September 3 to 9.
Yadav said that his organization had submitted a memorandum to register the demands of the speaker Rabindra Nath Mahto, Head of RJD and then Prasad, Alamgir Alam and Satyanand Bhokta, head of the Ajsu Sudesh Mahto party and several leaders Other in Jharkhand and Bihar.
