Mumbai: The flat owner of Bhayander, Manoj Yadav, has filed a complaint of the police against a builder, Ramesh Chedda, for failing to execute the deed of his housing community.
He submitted the case under the part of the flats of ownership of Maharashtra Act (MOFA) owned by the country in 2016 issued cooperating, allowing a flat owner to file a police complaint against the builder because it did not issue a job certificate, another deed of completion.
