Coimbatore: The eager CPM member has required his house worth Rs 40 Lakh to a party in the hope that it will take care of his three sons with difficulty learning after his death.
V Thuladoss, 80, native residents of Kottur near Pollabhi in Coimbatore District, retirement as junior engineers from Tamil Nadu (TNEB) electricity board 22 years ago.
His wife is Malakodi, 74, is a housewife.
The couple has three sons – T Selvakumar, 54, T Harikrishnan, 49 and T Raghavan, 43.
The three have difficulty learning.
Being a member of CPM since 1967, Thulados actively participated in party activities and helped him to start the Culu unit at TNeb.
“Three of my sons look normal to age 3.
Later, we know that they are mentally challenged,” he said.
Three years ago, Thumandoss sold his house in Kuniyamuthur and moved to his other home in Thondaamuthur.
“In addition to the number of pensions, three sons I got help from the state government.
We don’t have contact with our relatives for the past 60 years,” he said.
On Tuesday, Thumandoss came with his wife coming to the party office on the road 100 feet and handed the desire for the CPM member of the Politbiro G Ramakrishnan.
In will, he has been inherited by Rs 40 Lakh, Rs 15 Lakh in a bank account to the party.
“I hope my party will take care of my children after my death,” he said.
