Muzaffarnagar: The police here have arrested an occultism for allegedly raping a 23-year-old woman with the pretext of healing her disease, an official said on Wednesday.
According to Sho Yashpal Singh, the victim has been sent for medical examinations.
The police said a man had filed a complaint against “Tantric” (Okultist) of Divine Ashik, alleged that he raped the woman under the pretext of cureing the disease.
When the victim cried for help, people arrested the defendant and handed it to the police.
