Bhubaneswar: BJD on Sunday repeated his request to continue the female reservation bill during the Monsoon Parliament session starting from Monday.
The bill will order 33% of seats in parliament and the State Assembly for women.
At the meeting of all parties chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the leaders of the BJD-Prasana Acharya (Rajya Sabha) and Pinaki Mishra (Lok Sabha) also demanded to display the Parishad Odisha Vidhan Bill during the session.
“Because these two bills are not in the list of billing demands planning for tables during the upcoming session, we demand to register these two bills,” Pinaki said.
Towards the 2019 General Election, BJD has reached 22 political parties to build consensus on bill travel.
TMC also demanded to pass the bill in the Monsun session.
Stating that several communities in the state awaiting TAG Tribe (ST) scheduled, regional parties also demanded that the center will immediately display the constitutional sequence (amandment) in the upcoming session.
The regional party also decided to increase problems such as raising rice by the Food Corporation of India (FCI) and released a rice procurement subsidy around Rs 6,500 Crore to the state.
The regional party has recently targeted the center not to release the amount of subsidies and non-lifting rice from the country.
“We also demand that the center have to share several CESS collected by the center of gasoline and diesel which will help countries to gain financially and to strengthen their fight against pandemics,” Pinaki said.
Previously, Chairman of the Minister of Naveen Patnaik had written to the Minister of Finance Union Nirmala Sitharaman in this matter.
Among other things, the party has decided to increase problems such as more grants to countries under the railroad sector and quick implementation of various train projects in countries that are delayed for years and to increase telephoto density in the state.
On important national problems, the party said it would make it clear on the floor of the house.
