Odisha cm Naveen Patnaik welcomed moving to agricultural negotiations

Bhubaneswar: Head of Minister of Naveen Patnaik welcomed the announcement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Memo three controversial agricultural laws on Friday even when some politicians and farmer leaders said the center was forced to attract them due to sustainable agitation by farmers, which lasted for almost one year.
“Welcome Hon’ble PM @narendramodi Ji to revoke all 3 #farmlaws, with the best interests of the country and farmers.
Your farm and family have waited a long time and they will be happy to welcome you back.
@Bjd_Odisha continues to stand with farmers,” Naveen tweeted.
Although BJD generally supports the Modi government in most bills, he opposes agricultural laws in parliament.
MP BJD Sasmit Patra said the efforts of farmers were tough and unceasingly successful.
Hara Bania farmer leaders, who are between hundreds of Odisha have participated in agitation at the Delhi border, saying this is the construction of welcome.
“The government is forced to attract anti-farmer laws.
However, the government must ensure that farmers get a comprehensive cost of their products plus 50% profits by bringing laws that are in accordance with the minimum support price,” Bania said.
Saroj Mohanty, another farmer leader, said the government woke up with reality very late.
“If the government took this decision before, many lives could be saved.
But it is better to be late than never.
This is the victory of the people of the government who tried to bulldoze their voices.
This will further strengthen Indian democracy,” he said.
The leader of the Lingaraj farmer said it was a historic day for Indian farmer and democratic movements.
The Secretary General of the Odisha Congress responsible for Chellakumar said the government seemed to have realized his mistakes after his poor show in the election by Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka and Rajasthan.
“This first reduced customs for fuel and now attracting agricultural law.
This shows the right congress in believing that the MOD government will be forced to attract action,” Chellakumar said.
Some Congress workers shave their heads at the Bhawan Congress and distribute sweets to mark “dark legal death.” The Odisha Unit of the Samajwadi Party of President Rabi Behera said the fear of losing elections in five states to be held in the near future force the government to make such decisions.
“The center now has to pay compensation to Kin more than 700 farmers who die during agitation since November 26 last year,” said Behera.
Former Minister of Union Shrikant Jena told those who tried the farmer brand who was nervous as a split strength, urban Naxal and Andolonjibi proved wrong.
