Jharsuguda: Judhistir Padhan has planned his strategy well.
Bugar aged 36 years in a private company in Jharsuguda was not happy with the salary he got.

The letter was named eight workers needed by the company to pay a better salary.
He also received calls and repeated threat messages from cellphone numbers.
A similar letter was sent to the Head of the Department of Human Resources Ranjit Mohapatra, demanding better financial benefits for employees from West Odisha.
This letter was sent on behalf of Odisha Lal Bahini Barat.
Abutar recently approached the police.
During the investigation, what attracted the attention of the police was the names of eight workers mentioned in the letter.
‘The company does not climb salaries even though the appeal repeatedly’ the police began tracking their cellphone numbers and they focused on Judhistir.
“Based on complaints by Abutar Khan about the threat given by a Maoist, the Badmal police arrested a Judhistir Padhan employee from Bawbepur, working in the same private company.
The police have confiscated a letter that threatens along with the telephone where he has made a threat call,” said Jharsuguda SP Bikash Das.
Speaking to the media, Yudhistir said, “I have worked in a company for 12 years.
They are from outside the area get a higher salary compared to the locals.
I have asked for a number of times but no one listened.
I think if I can scare management , then we will get a better salary.
