Odisha: Meet predicting a mercury increase with 2-3 degrees Celsius

Bhubaneswar: The night temperature will see a gradual increase by two to three degrees Celsius in the next two days carrying help from cold waves in the state, the Indian Meteorology Department said on Friday.
The IMD forecast said there would be a shallow fog for moderately on isolated places in nine districts.

Umashankar Das, a scientist at the Central IMD center here, said that the change in wind will affect the increase in the minimum temperature.
He said the rain would occur in several places, including the coastal section, under the influence of Western disturbances.
DAS said the intensity of rainfall might increase on December 28.
He said the minimum temperature in the interior and coastal bag saw up by 2.4 degrees Celsius on Friday.
