Bhubaneswar: Chairman of the Minister of Naveen Patnaik on Sunday announced to expand the mainstay health insurance scheme of State Biju Swasthya Kalyna Yojana (BSKY) to cover 96 families of the lakh from the current of around 71.69 families lakh.
