BHUBANESWAR: Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik failed to request Prime Minister Narendra Modi for instant fundamental help for post-Cyclone Yaas rebuilding if the latter came here on Friday to examine the circumstance.

Odisha needs an underground cable system for electricity supply so that electricity infrastructure isn’t ruined when a cyclone strikes.
