Bhubaneswar: The government on Sunday published a fresh covid guideline that continued the opening process that was assessed for November.
At night at night will continue to apply in urban areas starting at 10pm to 5 in the morning during the month and there will be no shutdown weekend, read the notification issued by the Special Help Commission P K Jena.
Guidelines / Conditions related to the sale and use of firecrackers during the moon celebrations will be issued separately, SRC information.
The Orissa High Court has asked SRC to make decisions about sales and exploded firecrackers at 11am on Monday.
“This is a critical period and there might be a tendency to ignore the appropriate behavior of Covid during the festival, resulting in a large meeting, events and exhibitions.
It is important to enforce guidelines to enable celebrations in a careful, safe and appropriate way covid.,” Notice SRC read.
All festivals / religious functions must be celebrated in accordance with government orders issued on August 9.
During the opening period, all shops, the mall can remain open throughout the state from 5am to 10pm, he added.
