Odisha: Offline class for VII, VII to continue from November 15

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday announced that it would continue offline school for grade 6 and 7 students on November 15.
Students will attend classes start at 9:30 a.m.
until 1:00 p.m.
However, it is not mandatory to attend offline classes because online lessons will continue as usual, government notice said.
“Grade 6 and 7 students will follow the same standard operating procedures (SOP), issued by the government for other classes.
Most of the schools have strictly followed the Covid-19 guidelines and everything was under control,” said the school and school .
Minister of Education Mass Samir Ranjan Dash.
The minister, however said there was no decision taken to reopen class 1 to 5.
“Primary class students are still very young.
They may not follow social distance rules.
The government will soon make a decision in class 1-5,” Dash added.
Offline classes for class 8 to 12 have returned in the state with the restrictions of Covid-19 in place.
Classes are being held for three hours a day without lunch breaks or rest.
The hostel at school is also allowed to reopen.
Teachers and parents welcome state decisions to reopline offline schools for grade 6 and 7 students.
“Some states have continued offline classes as Covid-19 cases have fallen significantly.
I am happy that the government reopens for grade 6 and 7 and expectations of parts Junior too fast, “said Sarmistha Dash, a mother of two children studying in grade 7 and 5.
